The apartment features a cozy living room with a fireplace and access to a sun-drenched balcony. In the living and dining area, you will find a sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a dining table that can be extended to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious hallway closet offers plenty of storage for fondue, raclette, and board games. A bedroom with a double bed is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen. Two additional bedrooms with double beds are located one floor above. Both rooms have access to a small south-facing balcony. Sun chairs and furniture for the balconies are provided. On this floor, you will find a larger bathroom with a bathtub and heat lamp. The lower floor has a bathroom equipped with a shower. A garage parking space is included with the apartment. Shared laundry room and ski storage available.

The apartment’s sloped ceilings and wooden beams provide a distinctive atmosphere.

The building is located in a quiet area in the Sils-Maria district. The cross-country ski track, the Volg supermarket, the ice rink, sports shops, and 2 restaurants are all nearby. The Furtschellas valley station and the lakes are also within walking distance. In winter, the free local bus stops at the parking lot in front of Volg and takes you to the valley station.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
