The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an Arven wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a smaller wardrobe. The two bathrooms are functionally designed – one with a bathtub and shower option, the other with a shower.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, which invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. From here, you can access the balcony, offering a magnificent view of Furtschellas and the Engadin mountains. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Additionally, the apartment includes a communal ski boot room, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and Secomat, as well as ski storage in the garage. A private garage parking space is available for an additional fee.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
