In Scuol-Suot, on the edge of the old part of the village, the house is situated in a quiet location. The bus stop to the train and cable car station Motta Naluns is located in the immediate vicinity. The Engiadina Scuol and the village center is within 5 minutes walk. The south-west orientation of the apartment offers a magnificent view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The 2 1/2 room apartment with an area of 60 m2 consists of a double bedroom, a shower room with toilet, living room with balcony and an open modern kitchen.
