Spend an incomparable holiday in the picturesque mountain village of Schmitten, situated at 1300 metres on a sunny terrace. This small, romantic village with its 270 inhabitants is located between Lenzerheide and Davos in the Albula Valley. Those who enjoy a holiday away from the noisy and large centres will find peace and relaxation here in Switzerland's largest nature park.
Younger guests can look forward to a large playground in the village. A summer walk to the famous Landwasser Viaduct, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or a visit to the baroque All Saints' Church with its Stations of the Cross and St Lucius Chapel is highly recommended.
The historic "Tgesa Ferrera" has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, steamer, Nespresso machine and a cosy Swedish stove. A Stüva with a historic wooden ceiling, a large dining area and a large TV lounge are also included.
The house can comfortably accommodate 10 -12 guests. Cots, high chairs and a playpen are available for the little ones.
The Tgesa is equipped with Internet, free W-Lan, TV, video recorder and telephone.
Bed and bathroom linen, visitor's tax and final cleaning are included.
Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Schmitten is ideally located in the Albula Valley. In just 20 minutes you are in the top ski areas, such as Davos, Lenzerheide or Savognin. The neighbouring villages of Alvaneu, Alvaneu Bad and Wiesen offer one of the most beautiful golf courses as well as a thermal bath and good restaurants. Cross-country skiing, curling, hiking, golfing or skiing. - Everything is possible and easily accessible.
