Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n Tschêl blov, garage space n Tschêl blov at the house, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No lift. A new building will be constructed opposite the house. Noise emissions are expected from April to December 2026.

For shared use: small garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Storeroom available. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
