The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden (fenced), an elevator and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer and a tumble dryer.

The comfortably furnished 3.5 room flat (63m²) is located in the basement of the Chesa Fischer property. The flat offers space for 4 persons. Use of the reserved parking space / ski room / bicycle storage as well as WLAN access are included in the flat rent.  Surroundings: Central location, close to train and bus station as well as shopping facilities. If you do want to eat out, you will also find a selection of restaurants & cafés in the village centre and at the station. The cross-country skiing trail, signposted bike tours and golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The valley station of the Celerina/Marguns gondola can be reached by car or bus in 10min. Equipment of the individual rooms: Kitchen: Separate kitchen, oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue, raclette, toaster. Living room: Coffee corner, dining table, exit to the terrace, TV. Bedrooms: The bedrooms are each equipped with 1 bed 180x200, mattresses 2x 90x200.  Bathroom: bathtub, storage for towels, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer, separate WC. Entrance area: Open wardrobe, cupboard (cleaning materials, iron, ironing board, hoover). Heating: Energy source geothermal probe.

If you book more than one night, you can use the public transport in the Upper Engadine free of charge (arrival and departure day is not included in the offer).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
