Near the ski lift, Valata valley station, large (38m2), beautifully renovated studio with Swedish stove and marvellous view in a quiet location. The view from the seating area towards the other side of the valley is unrestricted.

Ideal for two adults or two adults with one or two smaller children. There is a 180x200 cm bed. There is also a pull-out sofa with a width of 140 cm. The studio is not suitable for 4 adults.

In winter, you leave the house at the top, walk 30 metres up and you are already on the ski slope above the Valata valley station.

In the house there is also a sauna, which can be used (coin-operated) and a laundry room with washing machine.

A single garage box for use is included. Crockery etc. is provided for at least 6 people. So you can also receive visitors.

In summer, the mountain railways and other offers such as minigolf etc. are included in the price.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
