All rooms have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price. Living room: The living room features a large dining table with a corner bench and four chairs. There is a two-piece sofa set, a coffee table, two armchairs, as well as a television (satellite reception) and a radio. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a raclette grill, a fondue pot and a table with four chairs. Kitchen linen available on request. Bathrooms: Three bathrooms: two bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin; the third bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a washing machine. Towels are available on request at an additional cost. Interior: The flat is furnished in a contemporary style and was partially renovated in 2018, with new bathrooms.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
