General

This holiday home for 8 persons has two bedrooms.

Cozy furnished mountain hut: Living room with 2 beds, large table with corner bench and cozy heat-giving tile stove. Kitchen with wood and gas stove (enough crockery, cutlery, pans and 1 cheese fondue-set available). 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Light from solar energy in all rooms. Water from the fountain near the hut (no running water in the hut!), pretty toilet-cottage (privy/jakes) next to the hut.

Traditional wooden alpine hut, sunny and quiet situated at the foot of the Piz Beverin. Perfect for nature lovers looking for peace and quiet. The sheltered outside-seating area invites you to enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and to observe the marmots. In winter, the beautiful sledge run, and winter hiking trail passes not far from the alpine hut. 2 sledges are available. Ideal for ski tours and snowshoe hikes. In summer: best starting point for hikes to Piz Beverin, fireplace at the alpine hut. During a hike, you can marvel at the variety of flowers. The idyllic mountain lake Libi with an open fire pit can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot.
Maximum 2 dogs are allowed. In winter, when booking with more than 2 people, a sleeping bag must be brought by the guest. In summer the mountain hut can be reached by car (normal car). In winter, the hut is only accessible on foot (from Mathon in about 60 minutes/3 km). The agricultural offer & products are only available on the farm in the village (on request). Pony riding on our farm in Donat village is possible by appointment only. The indicated price includes (the following services): - Visitors fee - Bed linen and final cleaning - Kitchen towels - Firewood & gas

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
