Very beautiful and cosy furnishings: open living room with TV and wood-burning stove. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
