The Falknis holiday flat is situated in a sunny location in beautiful Maienfeld and is the ideal starting point for hikes, skiing holidays, bike tours and wine tastings in the region.

The 1-room flat is 37 m2 in size and is located in a detached house on the ground floor (one-bedroom flat). The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The flat has a comfortable box-spring bed, a sofa that can be pulled out into a sofa bed, a TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle and is equipped with all the necessary crockery, spices, oil and vinegar. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

The flat also has a free car park and a small seating area to enjoy the sun. For longer stays, the laundry room can be shared by arrangement.

The flat is suitable for single travellers or couples, as well as for families with a maximum of two children.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
