The traditional Engadine house, built in 1595, was completely and meticulously renovated in 2012. Located in the old village part of the picturesque Engadine town of La Punt Chamues-ch, it is just a 15-minute drive from the St. Moritz ski area and close to shops and public transport connections. The Ches'Ota apartment, with its private 43m² farmhouse garden, is spread over three floors.
The spacious Ches'Ota apartment features six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower/WC. Four bedrooms offer double beds, another has two single beds, and the last one is furnished with a single bed. In addition to the six bathrooms, there is a guest WC on the second floor. The second floor also hosts the generous living area with a separate kitchen and TV corner. The garden is accessible through the kitchen door or directly from the outside.
The apartment also includes two parking spaces in the on-site underground garage.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
