“Arvenstudio”, a cosy one-room studio (27 m²) on the first floor. Living and dining area with 2 beds (90 x 200 cm). Open kitchen with a cosy seating area and table (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic glass cooktops, kettle and electric Nespresso coffee machine). Shower/WC . Hairdryer. Wood heating and solar-powered electricity. Sunny terrace (12 m²) with terrace furniture and mountain views for the exclusive use of guests. Non-smoking accommodation. No pets allowed.
Detached single-family house, built in 2016, expanded and renovated in 2026, expanded and renovated in 2026. Quiet yet central location in a cul-de-sac. One parking space available on the property, public parking spaces are located along the street. Bus stop and ski bus stop only 50 m away. The studio is not suitable for small children. Unfortunately, youth groups cannot be accommodated. The owner lives in the same house.
