The location of our farm gives it a special character, quiet, idyllic, away from the hustle and bustle, away from the traffic, just the right place to relax, enjoy the surrounding mountains or enjoy the view of the Domleschg. But the children don't miss out either, they learn about the habits of the animals, can discover a lot here and fulfil their natural urge to move. The family-friendly Tschappina ski area is just 10 minutes away by car. The 2.5 room holiday flat was renovated to modern standards in 2014. It is located on the 1st floor and covers 70 m2. It has a spacious bedroom with double bed, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bed and a spacious bathroom/WC. A large balcony invites you to linger and you can barbecue in the garden seating area. Large windows bring plenty of light and warmth into the living area. It offers enough space for 4-5 people.
The courtyard is a paradise for children. Pure relaxation in this feel-good holiday flat.

Our animals
On our farm we have donkeys, cows, calves, dogs, cats, chickens and pigs in autumn.
In summer the cows and calves are on the alp.
Pick-up/drop-off service
We offer pick-up and drop-off services from Thusis railway station and from the "Flerden Dorf" bus stop (free of charge).

Village description: The small, tranquil village of Flerden is situated at 1200 metres above sea level. The village still has a kindergarten and school (grades 1-6). There is a small village shop on the outskirts of the village. This is run by committed people from the village. Our holiday flat is located below the village and can be reached in 30 minutes on foot without much car traffic.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
