From here, you can also connect to the spectacular Lenzerheide-Arosa cable car, which takes you to the Arosa ski resort. Additionally, the Proschieri valley station, linking you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski resort, is just a short walk away. In winter, you'll benefit from direct access to the cross-country skiing trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Heimberg Kids’ Area offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing playfully with the Parpan ski school. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
