The doors and windows can be left open at night thanks to insect screens on the windows and balcony doors.

Ideally located for all winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. There are 37 ski areas within a radius of 5 - 60 minutes by car. In summer, you can go hiking and biking right from the front door and enjoy river rafting in the Rhine or golfing within easy travelling distance. The covered seating area with panoramic views of the Grisons mountains and the Domleschg / Viamala invites you to enjoy an extended barbecue. There are also two car parking spaces directly in front of the house. Very quiet location, no traffic noise. In spring and autumn with the sound of cow and goat bells! Ideal to switch off and enjoy!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
