Welcome to the Castagneto Pavilion, where tranquillity blends with beauty. Situated to the south above the historic village of Castasegna and on the edge of one of the largest chestnut groves in Europe, this sunny retreat promises you an unforgettable stay. This purpose-built holiday home, spanning a floor space of approximately 95m² with a 22m² terrace, is ideally located to enjoy the region's Mediterranean climate, cheered by breathtaking mountain views.
The interior is delicately furnished to offer comfort and style. The entrance opens onto a spacious living/dining room equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. The presence of a cosy fireplace area adds a touch of warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings. A separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and oven, together with a small bedroom with a bunk bed and separate toilet, complete the interior comforts. There is also a practical wardrobe with sink and mirror.
Outside, guests can relax in the sunny garden, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, to enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The terrace protected by electric awnings offers the perfect refuge on hot summer days, while a pergola with a stone table and benches under the shade of kiwi trees invites guests to relax. In addition, a private swimming pool, available from July to October weather permitting, offers an extra touch of luxury, completing the outdoor experience with a depth of up to 1.7 metres.
The resort of Castasegna, nestled between St. Moritz and Milan, offers guests an excursion to the Mediterranean heart of Switzerland, at an altitude of 686 metres. Here, fig, camellia and wisteria blends with the village's authentic architecture. An educational trail through the magnificent chestnut forest above Brentan will provide enchanting moments, while the local shop and postbus stop ensure convenience and easy access to local products and beyond.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
