Electric heating, wood heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 double beds (120 cm, length 190 cm). 3nd upper floor: living room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Balcony terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
