You would like to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. Then we recommend our one-room flat inside: The one-room flat on the 1st floor is furnished in a rustic, cosy style in an old patrician parlour made of wood. It has a double bed and a pull-out couch for 2 people, a cosy corner with a wooden table for eating or playing games. A simple fitted kitchen with fridge, cooker with oven and kettle is at your disposal. The shower/WC with towels is located on the same floor next to the studio flat and was renovated in 2021. House and outdoor area: You live in an old patrician house, which was built in the centre of the village of Bondo in 1667 and has been a listed building since 1976. A chair and table can be provided in the garden on request. There is a car park within a 2-minute walk. Surroundings: The village of Bondo is located in the lower part of the Bergell valley and the area is rural, a starting point for short and longer hikes from spring to autumn in the surrounding area or other valleys. Bike tours can be undertaken in the valley and in nearby Valchiavenna as far as Lake Como or in the Engadine, 20 kilometres away. Shopping facilities are available in the village shop and in the next village. There are public transport bus connections to Chiavenna (Italy) and to St. Moritz Engadin. Further: Board games / books available on request.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
