The sunlit holiday apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and TV. From the living room with an open kitchen and large dining table, you can access two different terraces facing north and south, offering impressive views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms also offer unique mountain views and each have a double bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer. A garage parking space with an electric charging station, a ski room with a private ski rack, and a boot heater are part of the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

The apartment stands out for its brightness and wonderful views from both sides of the apartment and both terraces. The warm wooden floor extends throughout the entire apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
