Welcome to the Chesa Michel, a historic gem dating back to 1786 in the heart of the beautiful village centre of Bever. This listed Engadine house offers you six charming holiday flats and two cosy studios, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in the picturesque Upper Engadine.

The Studio Grisch, located on the 2nd floor, offers unique living comfort for a maximum of 2 people on 24 square metres of living space. It impresses with its pine wood interior and is equipped with two beds, a dining table and a practical cupboard kitchen including a Nespresso machine. The functional bathroom with bath and shower provides additional comfort. The cosy atmosphere is rounded off by black and white and partly coloured historical photographs of Bever and the Upper Engadine, which build a bridge between the past and the present.

Outside, the charming architecture of the Chesa Michel is complemented by practical amenities. These include a subterranean garage with limited parking for SUVs, additional parking spaces in front of the house and at the nearby railway station, as well as access to further amenities such as a ski room, washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage space in the cellar. Pets are welcome, and as a non-smoking house we guarantee a pleasant indoor climate for all guests.

The location in Bever offers the ideal starting point for discovering the beauties of the Upper Engadine. In just ten minutes you can reach the fashionable towns of Pontresina and St. Moritz as well as the lake of the same name. The bus stop and supermarket are only about 150 metres away and the train station about 400 metres, making Chesa Michel a perfect location for guests who want to explore the impressive surroundings without a car. The Engadin is also very well connected by bus and train, which makes further excursions into the region easy.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
