Welcome to our enchanting BÜNDNER CHALET Arosa, which is available for your *ALONE USE*. In the midst of the impressive Arosa mountains, you will enjoy absolute privacy and an undisturbed, unobstructed view, surrounded by no neighbouring houses, but with an enchanting garden and a small forest. The sunny location and the inviting atmosphere of our chalet promise an unforgettable stay.

The heart of the approx. 100 m² chalet is the ground floor with a cosy little living room directly adjacent to a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed. In addition, the kitchen-cum-living room with dining area invites you to cook and linger together. From here you have access to a small balcony by the stable and a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a bath and shower and two further bedrooms - one with a large double bed (180 cm x 200) and space for a cot, the other with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200). From the upper floor you also have access to another balcony with a marvellous view.

Outside, the detached chalet offers several small seating areas on a sloping plot of 1600 m². One of the terraces is equipped with garden furniture for six people and a gas barbecue, ideal for cosy hours in front of a breathtaking panorama. Despite the idyllic location on a bend in the road, it should be noted that although the property is fenced off from the road, it is not 100% escape-proof - a fact that should not be forgotten when supervising children and dogs.
In summer the road is not very busy, in winter there can be increased traffic in the morning and evening hours.

The chalet is located in the idyllic Walser village of Langwies, about 8 km from Arosa, which can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes. Here you will find a village shop and a restaurant. For winter sports and hiking enthusiasts, the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area is nearby, and the city of Chur is only 18 km away. Thanks to the good bus connections (200 m) and the Rhaetian Railway (station approx. 900 m), both the ski area and countless hiking trails are within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
