The beautiful maisonette apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It is cozy and bright and the sloping ceilings give the apartment a special charm. It offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
Cosy apartment house detached, built in 1988. In the district of Rueras/Dieni, on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking extra. Bus stop 100 m. Ski lift, slopes 400 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Oberalp Pass 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Tomasee 11 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
