We offer seven individually designed holiday flats in an Engadine farmhouse that is over 100 years old and was completely renovated in 1999. Our property is situated between Sils Baslegia and Sils-Maria, an ideal location with breathtaking views of the Val Fex and the magical Lake Sils, which promises our guests a unique experience.

Each of the stylishly and functionally furnished holiday flats invites you to linger. The living rooms offer a cosy atmosphere with views of the Fex Valley and Lake Sils, complemented by charming bedrooms with cosy pine built-in wardrobes. The friendly, handy and bright kitchens are not only designed with disabled access in mind, but are also perfectly equipped to awaken the desire for culinary creations.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped lawn on the exhibition grounds, surrounded by century-old trees that invite them to linger and savour the peaceful atmosphere. The harmoniously designed outdoor area of the Soliva Residence makes it possible to experience the pure air and the unique tranquillity of the Engadine to the full.

Sils is a truly powerful place with a rich cultural history, inspired by famous personalities such as Nietzsche, Dürrenmatt and David Bowie. Nestled between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, it serves as the perfect starting point for hikes in the sun-drenched landscape or varied winter activities. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
