Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
House, built in 1985. In a central position, 10 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. Parking on the premises. Bakery 600 m, bus stop 100 m. Ski lift, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Langlaufgebiete, Melchsee-Frutt, Pilatus. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
