The studio is located in the middle of nature and yet only 10 minutes by car from Sarnen. Within these 10 minutes by car you will find various shopping facilities, several bakeries, a wellness hotel and various very good restaurants. Please ask us for tips.
The 1-room studio offers two beds (which can also be pushed together to form a double bed), a small kitchen with cooker and the most necessary cooking utensils. A Nespresso machine plus 10 capsules of Royal Lunge coffee are also available. There is a hairdryer in the separate bathroom with shower and WC.
There is a garden seating area outside, which you are welcome to use to enjoy the magnificent view.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
