The outdoor area of the property also boasts impressive features. A spacious gazebo offers the opportunity to enjoy breakfast outside in the warmer months or read a book in the cool breeze. For guests arriving by car, there are three free parking spaces directly at the house as well as two additional parking spaces in the neighbouring garage for a fee.

The villa's location is perfect for anyone wishing to explore the surrounding area. Excellent transport links make it easy to explore the village centre of Sachseln with its church, museum, shops and restaurants on foot. There are numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity, including cycling, hiking and skiing. A post bus stop and a bathing and sunbathing lawn by the lake are right on the doorstep.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
