In the entrance area there is a living room with a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen as well as a cosy fireplace.
On the same level there is a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and the bathroom.
The electric stove heats all rooms in winter

Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe or sideboard
There is another sleeping option for 1 person or 2 children in the living room

Outside, the covered terrace offers a great view, the seating area with a large barbecue invites you to linger with its sunbathing lawn and a small viewing bench.
The HotPot with panoramic view can be booked on request and with advance notice at extra cost.
Two unallocated parking spaces are located directly under the house. The house is reached via a staircase with approx. 50 steps.

Quiet house situated at 930 metres above sea level with great panoramic views.
The house can be reached in approx. 13 minutes by car from the end of Lake Sarnen, exit Giswil Nord. It lies in the middle of the route between Lucerne and Interlaken.
S O M M E R : Hiking directly from the house or in the surrounding area. Varied bike trails. Swimming in the lakes: Lake Sarnen, Lake Lungern, Lake Lucerne, Lake Brienz and numerous mountain lakes. Wonderful excursion destinations in the near and far surroundings. Flüeli-Ranft pilgrimage site to St Niklaus von Flüe, known as Brother Klaus.
W I N T E R : Snowshoeing: Langis-Glaubenberg, Lungern-Schönbühl, Melchsee-Frutt. Cross-country skiing : Langis-Glaubenberg, Melchsee-Frutt, Hasliberg. Skiing and snowboarding : Mörlialp family ski area, Melchsee-Frutt, Klewenalp, Hasliberg.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
