Welcome to Köbihaus – your cosy retreat right by the Sagibach stream, surrounded by nature and a touch of idyllic Swiss mountain scenery.

The House
Spread across approximately 120 m², the Köbihaus features an open-plan kitchen and living area with an open bedroom, a bathroom and a separate bedroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.

An additional sleeping option is available with an extra mattress placed on the wooden parquet floor. This may be particularly suitable for families with children.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and much more. A washing machine is also available.

The house is heated by underfloor heating, complemented by a wood-burning stove which guests can enjoy lighting themselves during the winter months.

For those who fancy a little entertainment in the evening, there is also a small bar with a pinball machine.

The partially covered terrace offers seating for four as well as two sun loungers – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the greenery or having a cosy dinner outdoors.

A hot tub is also available as an optional extra and can be heated to up to 40°C. Use of the hot tub must be booked separately and costs CHF 40 per day, or CHF 30 per day from the third day onwards. Payment is made directly to the owner on site.

A Special Highlight Right Outside the Door
The terrace is directly adjacent to a small fishpond stocked with trout. By prior arrangement and accompanied by the owner, guests may even catch and take trout from the pond themselves.

The cost is CHF 25 per kilogram. The fish can then be prepared and enjoyed on site, whether grilled or prepared in another way. A real treat for fishing and food enthusiasts alike.

Mount Pilatus – the region's iconic mountain, home to the Pilatus Railway, the world's steepest cogwheel railway
Stanserhorn – famous for its unique open-air Cabrio cable car
Flüeli-Ranft – the former home and place of work of Brother Klaus (Niklaus von Flüe), who was later canonised
Älggi Alp – considered the geographical centre of Switzerland
Langis-Glaubenberg – one of Switzerland's largest moorland areas and a popular destination for hiking and cross-country skiing
On warm days, Lake Sarnen and Lake Lucerne are also great places for swimming. Water sports enthusiasts and anglers will find plenty of opportunities on the surrounding mountain lakes and rivers.

The city of Lucerne is only around 15 km away and is well worth a visit. Highlights include the famous Chapel Bridge and Water Tower, the historic Old Town, the Lion Monument and the KKL cultural and convention centre. Numerous boat trips on Lake Lucerne are also available, ranging from short excursions to full-day cruises.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
