The ground floor features a large, unique space with a modern new kitchen, living room with a TV and piano, 140x200 sofa bed, bathroom with toilet, washbasin and Italian shower and another WC with washbasin and washing machine and dryer. Towels are available.At the bottom of the stairs, you’ll find a small relaxation area with two comfortable armchairs in front of a beautiful fireplace which also serves as heating for the apartment (wood available). Listen to your favourite music on the sound system with two speakers provided.Two charming bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds.Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.A large private meadow is at your disposal to relax, play and above all enjoy the magnificent view of the Clos du Doubs. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
