Two cars can be parked next to the house which has a 600 m2 garden and a balcony on three sides, so you can enjoy the sun from rising to setting. The chalet has three open floors. Basement: 46 m2 garage with a height of 1.7 metres and a corner for bike maintenance (jet, rags, brushes, compressor, socket for charging the bikes). 1st floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with WC/shower. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed. 3rd floor: 1 bedroom with twin beds. At your disposal: fridge - oven - Nespresso coffee machine - Raclette and Charbonnade set - fondue set for Chinoise or other - cheese fondue set - hairdryer - mini stereo with some CDs - flat screen TV - some books - board games - towels - kitchen towels - fan. Outside: electric barbecue - table with wooden benches - tables - chairs - deckchairs - parasols. Internet access and wifi. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
