The flats:
The two modern and quietly located flats Horizon 4 Panorama and Horizon 5 were built barrier-free and with a lift in 2020. All rooms - except the bathrooms - have oak parquet flooring.
Horizon 5 is located on the upper floor and offers a wonderful view of the mountains and the landscape.
The flat has 4.5 rooms.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 180x200, space for baby cot or mattress.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200 (can be joined together), also space for baby cot or mattress.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200 (can be joined together).
The flat has 2 bathrooms, each with shower/WC and hairdryer. The larger bathroom has a double washbasin, shower and bathtub.
In the living room: sofa, 2 leather armchairs, TV, internet.
Dining area: large wooden table with 8 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen with cooking island is modern and fully equipped.
The large balcony with mountain view offers deckchairs, chairs and a table.

Location:
The house is in a central and quiet location, elevated above the village. To the lake and the mountain railway 3 minutes on foot, to the bus stop 4 minutes, to the shop 2 minutes. In the immediate vicinity: Restaurants, post office, tourist office, sports shop, health food shop.
Summer activities:
Hiking, biking, paragliding, water sports, fishing, tennis, minigolf, scooter, toboggan run, via ferrata, children's playgrounds, adventure trails.
Winter activities:
Skiing (also at night), ski tours, snowshoe trails, tobogganing, ice skating, cross-country ski trail, children's ski lift, ski lessons, ice palace. Often ice skating on the lake in winter.
Equipment/rental:
Skis, ice skates, snowshoes, sledges, SUP, canoes, boats, bikes, e-bikes. Ski lessons, tandem flights and tours can be booked.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
