The flats:
The two modern and quietly located flats Horizon 4 Panorama and Horizon 5 were built barrier-free and with a lift in 2020. All rooms - except the bathrooms - have oak parquet flooring.
Horizon 4 is located on the top floor and has a large panoramic window with a view of the mountains, landscape and lake.
The flat has 3.5 rooms and a gallery, accessible by stairs.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 180x200.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200 (can be joined together).
Gallery: 1 double bed 180x200, additional mattresses available.
There is space for a baby cot in the rooms.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, each with shower/WC and hairdryer. The larger bathroom has a double washbasin, rain shower and washing machine.
In the living room: large sofa, reading bench, TV.
Dining area: large wooden table, extendable to 3 metres, 8 chairs.
The open-plan kitchen with cooking island is modern and fully equipped.
The large terrace with views of the mountains and lake is equipped with deckchairs, table and electric barbecue.
Barrier-free, lift to all floors.
Ski and bike room.
One covered and one open car park.

Location:
The house is in a central and quiet location, slightly elevated above the village. To the lake and the mountain railway 3 minutes on foot, to the bus stop 4 minutes, to the shop 2 minutes. Nearby: Restaurants, post office, tourist office, sports shop, health food shop.
Summer activities:
Hiking, biking, paragliding, water sports, fishing, tennis, minigolf, scooter, toboggan run, via ferrata, children's playgrounds, adventure trails.
Winter activities:
Skiing (also at night), ski tours, snowshoe trails, tobogganing, ice skating, cross-country ski trail, children's ski lift, ski lessons, ice palace. Often ice skating on the lake in winter.
Equipment/rental:
Skis, ice skates, snowshoes, sledges, SUP, canoes, boats, bikes, e-bikes. Ski lessons, tandem flights and tours can be booked.

Gantrisch Nature Park 15 minutes.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
