Covered parking, store room for sports equipment. From 2 weeks stay the washing machine and tumble dryer are up on request available.
Big living room with a southfacing balcony, TV/video/radio, large couch. 1 bathroom with bath/toilet and 1 separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x100x200cm) and bathroom with shower/toilet. 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200cm) and 1 bunk bed (2x80x200cm). Separate, new kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), filter coffee machine as well as a fondue-raclette-set. WiFi. Baby cot (65x120cm, excl. bed linen) and highchair available. Note: the apartment is not suitable for persons with allergies.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
