Inside the Wollhaus Oberzwirgi, a fascinating world of wool awaits you. The insulation of the exterior and interior walls as well as the roof was realised exclusively with wool from the landlord family's own production. A small window provides fascinating insights into the inner workings of a wall. Each room tells the story of the sheep, their wool and the numerous uses of this natural resource in its own way. Even the 100% pure wool bedding invites you to dream.

The outdoor area of the house is equally unique and is located away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by pure nature in a clearing at the edge of the forest. Please note that it is not possible to drive directly to the house by car; however, there is a car park about 300 metres away. This detail emphasises the retreat into nature and the tranquillity that this special holiday home has to offer.

The area surrounding the Wollhaus offers a wealth of sporting activities for adventure-seekers and those looking for relaxation alike. Whether mountaineering, ice skating, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or tennis - everyone will find their own personal way to explore the fascinating landscape and be active at the same time.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
