Low season: The apartment can be partially rented: For 2 persons, there are the livingroom, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom available, for 3-4 persons 1 more bedroom. The other rooms are closed. For 5-8 persons the whole apartement is rented.
The apartment is basically barrier-free. Wheelchair users please contact the landlord for more information.
Comfortable flat, 5 1/2 rooms in the first floor. One bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. Three bedrooms with sink. Cot is available. Balcony and terrace. Calm place, outside the village. A stair lift is available for people with walking disabilities.
Special offer "partial renting": In the low season it is possible to rent the apartment with only 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for up to 2 or 4 persons at a reduced price.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
