65 m2. More information by the provider: This freshly renovated two-room flat (65m²) on the first floor of a typical chalet is in a quiet, sunny location with stunning views over the Saanenland. The flat is lovingly furnished in a cosy and elegant style – ideal for feeling at home. Two small balconies and a garden area under trees invite you to linger. Schönried railway station and various shopping facilities are just a few minutes away. From the house, you can reach the Horneggli ski area directly with your skis on. In summer, hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door. 1 covered parking space for 2 cars in a row. In winter, 4x4 or snow chains are recommended (steep access road).
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), one living room/bedroom with a confortable sofa bed (160x200cm), flat screen TV and WiFi. Closed kitchen (equipped with capsules coffee machine (Nespresso), fondue and raclette set) with dining table. 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC, 1 bathroom with shower/WC.
INCLUSIVE: heating, electricity, water, washer/dryer, 1 covered parking space, WiFi, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
