General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

You can reach the village of Oberbalm from Bern in just 30 minutes by car or public transport - and from here it's another 2.5 kilometres to us at the Althaus. The farm is situated on a private road with hardly any traffic, so if you are looking for peace and quiet but don't want to walk too far, you've come to the right place.

The holiday flat has a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a bunk bed and a single bed. The light-flooded living and dining room offers plenty of space for cosy hours. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee capsule machine and bialetti pot, kettle and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The flat also has a covered car park and a seating area for relaxing in the sun.

Both balconies are lockable and therefore suitable for dogs as a supervised "outdoor area".

The lively flight activity of the countless swallows enlivens the airspace around the house in summer. From the seating area on the balcony, they can be observed at close quarters.

On clear nights, you can observe countless stars and satellites.
A guided tour of the Botta observatory in Uecht, Niedermuhlern is highly recommended, even in bad weather in the underground planetarium.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
