Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. 2 balconies, south facing position balcony, west facing position. Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Property is located directly on the lake, not fenced.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
