Large living/sleeping room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (De Longhi E.S.E Pads) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Conservatory. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
