There is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a single bed and a double bed (under a sloping roof) on the open gallery via a staircase, an extra bed is available. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - from oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment to filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule machine to a kettle, toaster, hand blender, microwave, raclette machine and cheese fondue dishes.

Outside, you can use the large garden, which offers both open and covered seating areas, a barbecue, garden furniture and a children's playground. The flat's balcony allows you to enjoy the spectacular mountain views to the full. A private car park is available free of charge, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
