The newly built and carefully furnished flats are ideal for single travellers, couples, friends or families with a maximum of 2 children. Both flats consist of a one-room flat (living area, kitchen, sleeping area in the same room) and a separate bathroom and shower. The holiday flats are each around 40 square metres in size. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the flat.

The modern kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules), a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. The living room has a dining table with seating for four, a TV and a comfortable chill-out sofa. In the sleeping area there are two double beds with four sleeping places.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
