It opens directly onto the covered furnished seating area. Renovated bathroom with shower and double sink. The WC is separately next to it. In the screed there is an additional living area/playing room with a separate additional bed. Toys and swings for children available. The chalet (built in 1950) was extensively renovated in 2011. It is situated on the edge of a protected maple forest with a beautiful view of the whole mountain panorama. With its surrounding meadows, the nearby stream, the playground in the forest, it offers children a lot of freedom of movement. For outdoor life, there is an adjoining shelter with garden furniture and games (badminton, etc.) available for use.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
