This stylish apartment is located in a carefully renovated old house that combines history with modern living comfort. At the center of the apartment is a spacious, bright living area with an open-plan design. The modern kitchen with cooking island and integrated bar flows seamlessly into the living and dining area and is ideal for socializing. Adjacent to this is a cozy chill-out corner with a futon sofa bed - ideal for relaxing or as an additional sleeping area. On the same floor there is a separate bedroom with two single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed if required - ideal for couples, friends or children. Two modern bathrooms offer sufficient comfort, while the private sauna is a special highlight for relaxing evenings. An open staircase leads up to the charming attic, where there is another sleeping area with lots of wood, light and a cozy atmosphere. A special extra is the hatch with balcony, equipped with a hammock and garden seating - here you can enjoy a good view and relaxing hours outdoors.

The outdoor area offers everything your holiday heart desires. A covered hatch balcony with hammock and garden seating invites you to sunbathe, read or simply take a break - with a view of the surrounding nature. A laundry room and a separate ski and storage room with direct access from the outside round off the offer. There are also two private rooms in the basement: a fitness room for sports activities and a gaming room for games and entertainment. There is a private parking lot with an electric charging station right next to the main entrance. The access road is very narrow and can only be used at your own risk. We recommend using the middle parking lot next to the hairdresser's (HasliRent sign). It is located across the street, slightly offset from the property. The house is quiet and sunny, ideal as a starting point for hikes, skiing days, or relaxing hours in the countryside.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
