The construction of this building section was completed in 2002, during which the ceilings, floors, walls, windows, doors and installations in the garden apartment were completely renewed, with the exception of an old exposed brick wall in the bathroom. The architectural style of the former farmhouse from 1728 was preserved and had to be maintained, which is especially evident in the front facade. The charm of the former farmhouse has therefore been kept intact.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
