The large villa with a beautiful view over the lake offers space for up to 12 people. The villa has four bedrooms, a 4-bed room with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and two single beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m), two 3-bed rooms with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m) and a double room with separate beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m). There is electric heating in all bedrooms and a heat pump in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker with oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The living room has a large dining table. The Swedish fireplace with free wood and the seating area invite you to laze around. There is also an LCD television with satellite TV in the living room. The villa has two bathrooms with shower, WC and electric heating.

The large conservatory with nostalgic sofa groups and the outdoor terrace with barbecue and lake view invite you to linger. Sun loungers await sun worshippers on the lawn in front of the villa.

A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used on site for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
