The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double folding bed, a double bed and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Welcome to this modern and fresh cottage, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful Tvärred, Ulricehamn! The cottage is located in a peaceful summer house area. You are greeted by an open and bright floor plan where the large, fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for a successful holiday: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, and full kitchenware. The dining table seats up to six people, and natural light streams in through the large windows and patio door. From here, you can step directly into the enclosed sunroom, which also has a dining area for six – perfect for pleasant meals. Adjacent is a large sun deck with a gas grill. The living room features a comfortable sofa, TV, and a cozy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. Next to the living area are two bedrooms: one with a sofa bed (140 cm) and one with a double bed (180 cm). The cottage has two bathrooms – one with a toilet and sink, and a larger one with shower, toilet, and sink – as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The property also includes a guest cabin with a bunk bed (90 cm). Just a 600-meter walk takes you to the beautiful Lake Åsunden, offering swimming, fishing, boating, and lovely sandy beaches. There is a barbecue area and picturesque surroundings. Fishing permits can be purchased easily online, and if you want to go out on the lake, you can rent a rowboat from the homeowner. The area has plenty to explore! Ulricehamn, just a few minutes away, offers year-round activities – from charming cafés and shops to popular cross-country ski trails and ski slopes in winter. Don’t miss Torpa Stenhus, one of Sweden’s best-preserved medieval castles, located by Lake Åsunden. For a day trip, you can visit Borås with its zoo, textile museum, and shopping opportunities – or take a trip to Gothenburg, with Liseberg, a vibrant harbor atmosphere, and a lively cultural scene. Here, you get the perfect combination of peace, nature, and comfort – with proximity to the lake, culture, and city life.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
