The bedrooms are comfortably furnished: Two double rooms with beds measuring 180 × 200 cm, a single room with 90 × 180 cm, a bunk bed room with two mattresses each measuring 90 × 180 cm, as well as a separate room with a fold-out corner sofa (140 × 200 cm) offer flexible and cosy sleeping options. Three stylish bathrooms - including a spacious shower area with two rain showers - ensure a high level of comfort. One of the bathrooms on the upper floor also has a practical changing table - a particular plus for families with small children. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
