Welcome to this fantastic cottage with an outstanding view of the sea from the terrace! It offers the perfect combination of comfort and nature experiences. When you enter, you are greeted by a welcoming hall. Directly from the hall, there is a toilet with a sink, shower, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, induction stove, combination microwave oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare your meals. The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and a fireplace for cozy evenings. There is also a guest cottage on the property with a double bed and a bunk bed. The patio door opens onto the large patio, where you can enjoy the magical sea view. Here you can relax in the hammock or the glassed-in conservatory, barbecue dinner, or just enjoy your morning cup of coffee with a sweeping view of the sea. To reach the cottage, you need to climb a staircase, and the plot is charmingly hilly, which adds to its unique character and gives you a feeling of seclusion and tranquility. There is a bathing spot just 300 meters from the cottage, and the area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, fishing, and golf. Torp Shopping Center, with around 80 stores, is within easy driving distance, and in charming Ljungskile you will find several good restaurants such as Lyckorna Brygga, Musselbaren, and Laxbutiken. Here you can also go kayaking or take a boat trip in the archipelago. For those who love nature, the Bohusleden trail passes not far from the cottage, perfect for hiking and mushroom or berry picking. The entertainment city of Gothenburg with the popular Liseberg amusement park is 75 kilometers away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
