The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature and a nice lawn. Here you can have a pleasant stay and a pleasant holiday. Where the road ends and where the sea opens is your charming accommodation. You are welcomed with the entrance at a terrace with a roof facing east with a view of the forest. The cabin is about 40 m2 and is bright and homely. At the entrance there is a small hall with a hat rack for outerwear. From the hall you reach the toilet. The house offers a bedroom with 2 single beds, 80 cm wide and a dresser for your clothes. Facing the south side is the kitchen with good kitchen equipment with kitchen cupboards, sink, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge and freezer. There is also a pleasant dining area with a view of the garden. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a sofa bed approx. 140 cm wide, armchair, TV and two wardrobes. From the living room you come out to the south via a glazed balcony with a view of the sea and the garden. Part of the balcony is like a private sundeck. In the basement on the lower level there is a large shower room and washing machine. Your accommodation is perfect for the small family with 2 adults and e.g. 2 children who can share in the sofa bed. The house shares land with the owner who lives in the white house in front of you during the summer. Next door is also another house where a family lives. The place Rörvik 70 has an extremely quiet location. The house is located where the road ends so there is no traffic. The house is elevated with an incredible view of the sea and only 100 meters from bathing. Around the cottage is a garden, and at the back is your own oasis. For those of you traveling with children, there are swings and a sandbox. There are few places on Tjörn that have both the sea with both a sandy beach and cliffs, and a forest with the opportunity to run or take a walk. The area is child-friendly and within walking distance to a swimming area with both sandy beach and rocks. If you would like to make excursions, there are plenty of opportunities for this in the area and for those interested in golf, Tjörns GK is about 12 km from the cottage. You are close to both Rönnäng and Skärhamn as well as other attractions on both Tjörn and Orust. It is about 10 km to Stenungssund with its solid shopping center. Here you can find everything you could need during your holiday. Gothenburg, Liseberg and Avenyn are 57 km away. A warm welcome to Hakenäset's beautiful nature!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
